Common questions
What does "Measured NES" mean if you only use public data?
Public-data NES is technically Predicted NES. Measured NES upgrades the read by aggregating customer reviews via AI across 4-12 portals (Trustpilot, Google, marketplace platforms, app stores), scoring band distribution, and applying engagement-specific calibration. Without operator-confirmed cohort data the read remains directional, but it is significantly more defensible than public-signal Predicted NES alone.
Do I have to share internal data?
No. The framework reads from public data substrate. If you choose to share annual revenue, return rate, or cohort retention by channel, the calibration sharpens. For PE diligence engagements, no internal data is shared by the target. For client engagements, optional operator-confirmed inputs upgrade the precision.
What is "free for the first 25 brands"?
A research cohort. The first 25 brands to engage with the framework receive their initial diagnostic without fee in exchange for participating in the prospective tracking cohort referenced in the SSRN working paper. The cohort accumulates calibration data that refines the framework's predictive validity. Open to founders and operators of brands with $1M+ annual revenue. Cohort is currently filling.
How do payments work?
All tiers are priced in USD. The Quick-turn tier is self-serve via a Razorpay payment link. The Directional Snapshot is invoiced via a payment link sent on email order. Standard and Strategic tiers are invoiced post-scoping call.
What happens after I buy the Quick-turn diagnostic?
You receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes with a brief intake form (brand name, website, target portals, any specific questions). The diagnostic engagement begins within 24 hours. The 8-page report is delivered within 7 calendar days, followed by a 30-minute readout call to discuss findings.
How do I know this works?
Predictive validity is documented in the SSRN working paper. The most recent demonstration: a public-data Predicted NES of +7 on a $3M consumer brand, upgraded to a survey-based Measured NES of +58 (95% CI [+44, +72]) once 93 customer responses were aggregated. Direction correct, magnitude sharpened. The framework is positioned as v1.0 and predictive validity claims are bounded.
